We won the World Cider Seal 2025 in the Flavored Cider category.
With immense joy and pride, we accepted an award during the 35th edition of the World Beer Festival: the World Cider Seal 2025 in the flavored cider category! For us, this title confirms that the path of honest craft production and natural ingredients truly makes sense.
Dozens of ciders are evaluated during the World Cider Seal—ranging from traditional and modern to creatively flavored varieties. The jury, composed of producers and cider fans alike, agreed that our Dry Elderflower Cider 2023 stands out in its category, and we took home first place.
How is our elderflower cider made?
Our philosophy is simple: pure nature, quality ingredients, and time. We hand-pick elderflowers at the height of the season, only from selected locations where they grow wild in the cleanest environment of the Krkonoše foothills. We macerate the blossoms in finished apple cider with no added sugar or artificial flavors. The result is a refreshing drink with light acidity and natural carbonation.
