Description
Cousins apple cider vinegar is made using the Orleans method from our cider, by fermenting old Czech apple varieties from the Krkonoše foothills. The vinegar was then aged for several months.
Use: In salads, to season sauces or grilled dishes, but also in cocktails or for drinking (diluted with water at a 1:5 ratio).
