Description
Cousins apple cider vinegar is made using the Orleans method from our cider. For a twist, we macerated over a thousand hand-picked elderflowers in our base vinegar, then aged it for several months.
Use: In salads, to season sauces or grilled dishes, as well as in cocktails or for drinking
(diluted with water at a 1:5 ratio).
