Description
We make our Apple and Elderflower Cider the way it makes sense to us – honestly and with love for the ingredients. The base is 100% apple juice from our orchards, fermented slowly at low temperatures. We then let the finished cider mature with hand-picked elderflowers, which give it a floral aroma. Naturally sparkling, lightly carbonated with CO₂.
Recommended serving temperature is 8–10 °C. Once opened, consume within 48 h. Store in a cool, dark place.
