Description
Cider from the Giant Mountains foothills. We make our semi-dry cider the way it makes sense to us – honestly and with love for the ingredients. The base is 100% apple juice from our orchards, which we ferment slowly at low temperatures. Finally, we gently pasteurize it and carbonate it with CO₂.
Recommended serving temperature is 8–10 °C. Once opened, consume within 48 h. Store in a cool, dark place.
