Consumer information on the right of withdrawal
Dear consumer, according to the Civil Code, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason. The basic procedure and consequences of withdrawal are described below.
Right to withdraw from the agreement
1.1 You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.
1.2 You have the right to withdraw from a service agreement without giving any reason within 14 days from the day following the conclusion of the agreement. In the case of a purchase agreement, this period starts when you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) take possession of the goods, or from the day you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) take possession of the last delivery of goods (in the case of an agreement covering several types of goods or the delivery of several parts).
1.3 For the purpose of exercising the right of withdrawal, you must inform the company of your withdrawal from this agreement:

in the form of a unilateral legal action (for example, by a letter sent via a postal service provider or a scanned copy via email). You can use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not your obligation. If you use this option, we will promptly send you a confirmation of receipt of this withdrawal notice.
1.4 To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal notice before the relevant period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
2.1 If you withdraw from this agreement, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs incurred as a result of your chosen delivery method, which is other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.
For the refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly specified otherwise. In any case, this will not incur any additional costs for you.
We will issue the refund only after receiving the returned goods or if you prove that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.
2.2 Send the goods back without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the day you withdrew from this agreement, to the address:

The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period expires.
You will bear the direct costs associated with returning the goods. You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way other than what is necessary to become familiar with the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.
2.3 If you requested that the provision of services begin during the withdrawal period, you will pay us an amount proportional to the extent of the services provided up to the time you informed us of your withdrawal, in comparison to the total scope of services specified in the agreement.
